May 1, 2003 - CANADA & U.S. SIGN MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION TO ENSURE LONG - TERM SUCCESS OF THE GREAT LAKES AND ST. LAWRENCE SEAWAY WASHINGTON, D.C.

Transport Minister David Collenette and U.S. Transportation Secretary Norman Y. Mineta today signed a memorandum of cooperation to ensure the ongoing success of the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway.
